Arturo Morán Enzensberger / A. M. H., nace en Toluca Edo. de Méx. Y desde niño ha tenido interés en el arte ganando algunos concursos de dibujo. Después de llegar a ser programador analista con especialidad en diseño gráfico, le nace la necesidad de enfocarse en el arte. Entonces entra en la licenciatura de artes plásticas. Poco después logra poner dos obras en una conocida base de datos de net.art, administrado por el pionero en net.art Brian Mackern (http://netart.org.uy/latino/)

Su temática es muy variada, aunque hay elementos recurrentes, como el sonido, la interactividad, y el Internet. Además la experimentación es parte importante de su obra y de sus procesos creativos, donde la influencia de sus anteriores trabajos le dan motivos para generar nueva obra (Estuvo en el ejercito y ahora es soldado de reserva, cosa que lo ha influenciado), experimentando con nuevos procesos que incluyen investigación acerca de temas, conceptos y modos de abordar un proyecto, aunque a veces parecen tan distantes que parece que se empieza de cero. 

Ha expuesto en diversos lugares, entre ellos esta El MUMCI en la Bienal Nacional de Arte Universitario 2009. Su obra se expuso y es parte del acervo del Museo de Arte Moderno del Centro Cultural Mexiquense. Tiene obra en el directorio de Arteven.com. Ha expuesto en el Centro Nacional de las artes en dos ocasiones. La última fue en la muestra de lo hecho en un programa donde ganó un apoyo del CONCACULTA. Trybal, Arturo Morin / / Arturo Hernandez Moran, born in Toluca Edo. Mex. And a child has had an interest in art gaining some drawing competitions. After becoming an analyst programmer specializing in graphic design, is born the need to focus on art. Then go into the bachelor of fine arts. Shortly after two works manages to put in a database known net.art, managed by Brian Mackern pioneering net.art (http://netart.org.uy/latino/)  
His themes are very varied, although there are elements recurring, like sound, interactivity, and the Internet. Besides experimentation is an important part of his work and his creative process, where the influence of their previous works give reasons to generate new work (He was in the army and is now reserve soldier, which has influenced), experimenting with new processes including research on issues, concepts and ways of approaching a project, although sometimes seem so distant that seems to be starting from scratch. 
He has exhibited in various locations including in this the MUMCI National University Art Biennial 2009. His work was exhibited and is part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art Mexiquense Cultural Center. His work is in the directory Arteven.com. He has exhibited at the National Arts Centre on two occasions. The last was in fact the sample in a program where he earn a CONCACULTA support. The Support Program in Art and Media Production.
